A successful debut of groundbreaking events for the door and flooring industry. We are counting down to the next editions of Floor Expo and Door-Tec

On June 5-7, 2024, Ptak Warsaw Expo hosted two debut business events. The first editions of Floor Expo, a trade fair for flooring and surface materials, and Door-Tec, an event dedicated to technologies and products dedicated to the door industry, had their first editions. Their first editions were a great success, so they have already started thinking about organizing the next ones.

Poland is one of the world leaders in the export of doors and flooring. The offered products enjoy high quality and are increasingly popular globally. However, industries are not immune to challenges, and there are plenty of them in the domestic industry. That is why the concept of organizing Floor Expo and Door-Tec was created – two events dedicated to the floor and door industry. Both of these events took place at the same time (June 5-7, 2024) at Ptak Warsaw Expo due to the common sphere of business influence, similar target groups and greater opportunities for effective networking.

Business events organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo enjoy a reputation and an impeccable reputation thanks to the appropriate selection of business partners and the operation of tailored target groups. During Floor Expo and Door-Tec, these included developers and individual investors, representatives of retail chains and interior design stores, representatives of wholesalers and construction warehouses, representatives of companies producing doors and door accessories, door joinery installers, carpenters, painters and interior designers and architects.

The latest solutions and innovations were presented during the events by well-known and respected sector leaders, including OEX, TEKNIKA, KNAUF, Nomet, Renove, FOLPOL, Brintons and BAO Polska. During Floor Expo, visitors could benefit from a dose of substantive knowledge guaranteed by experts during the Flooring Materials Industry Congress.

On the first day of the event, the focus was on underfloor heating. There were several lectures, including a speech by Łukasz Strzałka “What to pay attention to when designing and installing a floor underlay” and Janusz Dziewanowski “Industry regulations and documents, references regarding underfloor heating”. On the second day, the conference topics revolved around the issue of noise suppression using floor technologies. People talked about acoustic insulation (Adam Radzimski), acoustics in public facilities (Piotr Z. Kozłowski) and acoustic expertise (Henryk Kwapisz). Thanks to participation in the event, the listeners’ knowledge base was updated and enriched with new industry information.

The debut editions of Floor Expo and Door-Tec were a success. They were visited by 4385 participants who learned about the offers of 109 exhibitors.
